Regarding refunds and returns, please note that all sales are considered final under our standard policy.

 

Yet, should you find it necessary to report a damaged order, we encourage you to email us at Pureitalremedies.com  With the following Info for item/items to be replaced.

  • Receiver's address
  • Receiver's postal code (e.g., A8A 8A8)
  • First name & Last name
  • Email address 
  • Phone number 
  • Photo of damaged product


(Please note: Canada Post considers shipments lost only after 10 days from the expected delivery date.)

Customer satisfaction remains our top priority. If your product is lost in transport you will need to initiate an incident ticket with Canada Post. Upon approval of your claim, we will replace your order (including paid shipping fees)

 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders that have not yet been processed may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours. Please note, this policy does not apply to Gel orders. Regrettably, Gel orders cannot be refunded at this time.
